Human skin perspiration occurs mainly through the eccrine gland. The eccrine gland does not open in the hair follicles, which are two different body parts.

Laser hair removal uses a specific wavelength of laser light to selectively act on the melanin of the hair follicle, which absorbs the laser energy and produces a blast that destroys the regenerative ability of the hair follicle, thus achieving hair removal. On the other hand, the eccrine gland does not contain melanin and is not affected by the laser action.

So these common hair removal methods will not damage the eccrine gland, and laser hair removal will not affect human sweating.
